My Story
I started cooking as a little girl helping our family friend Conchetta Dipoalo in her kitchen in Hollywood California.
Growing up in the San Fernando Valley, it was always such a treat to come into Hollywood and spend time with Conchetta in her cozy kitchen. Everything she made was from scratch so that's what I do today!
For over twenty years I've been specializing in healthy home cooked organic food that is delicious, nutritious and supports low fat, no fat, sugar free, dairy free, wheat free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan diets and of course organic hormone free poultry, meat and the finest fresh fish.
I'm currently cooking for new mothers, families, recovering patients, business professionals and anyone who wants to eat well without the stress or mess. Menu planning, shopping and preparing meals that are dropped off once or twice a week.
Besides helping Conchetta and watching my mother cook amazing homemade meals, my dear friend Carol Cotner Thompson from The New School of cooking and The Epicurean in West Hollywood was a wonderful resource and inspiration for my cooking business.
Having had my own health challenges, I understand how frustrating and discouraging it can be to find healthy meals. Throughout the years I've been able to work with nutritionist and other health providers to support auto immune issues with creating low histamine meals along with any and all dietary restrictions.
My goal is to nourish my clients with food they can eat to heal and thrive in their daily lives.
